Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026. Operated by RefaceQuote / The Webb Ranch (Christopher Webb), San Angelo, Texas (“RefaceQuote,” “we,” “us”).

Important — estimates are ballpark only. Every online estimate generated through RefaceQuote is a rough, non-binding ballpark based on limited information entered by the homeowner and pricing published by an independent maker. It is not a formal quote, contract, warranty, or guarantee of price, scope, timeline, or availability. Final pricing is set only by the cabinet maker after an in-person (or otherwise agreed) review and may be higher or lower. By using the estimator or relying on any number shown, you agree that RefaceQuote, The Webb Ranch, Christopher Webb, and participating makers are not liable for any difference between an online estimate and a later quote, invoice, or completed job — or for decisions you make based on an estimate.

1. The service

RefaceQuote provides software: a multi-tenant estimator, ZIP-based routing, maker accounts, and related tools. Cabinet makers (“makers”) are independent businesses. RefaceQuote is not the contractor for your remodel and does not perform cabinet work.

2. Shoppers (homeowners)

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information.
Estimates depend on counts and options you enter; wrong inputs produce wrong ranges.
Email verification is required before an estimate is shown and before a maker is notified.
Contacting a maker or scheduling work creates a relationship between you and that maker — not with RefaceQuote as the service provider of the work.

3. Makers (subscribers)

You set your own prices, ranges, and profile. You are solely responsible for their accuracy and for any quotes or contracts you give customers.
ZIP markets are exclusive on a first-claimed, subscription-active basis as described in the product. Intro and list prices are shown at signup and in Account.
Billing is monthly via Stripe for claimed ZIPs. You can cancel; access to paid ZIPs ends when the subscription ends per Stripe/portal terms.
You must handle leads lawfully (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy rules) and keep customer data secure.
You will not present RefaceQuote estimates as fixed bids or guaranteed prices.

4. No warranty on estimates or uptime

THE SERVICE AND ALL ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, complete, or suitable for budgeting, financing, or contracting. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefaceQuote, The Webb Ranch, and Christopher Webb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or cost of substitute services — including any claim arising from (a) reliance on an online estimate, (b) a price mismatch after an in-person visit, (c) maker conduct or workmanship, or (d) lead quality or volume. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (i) fees you paid us for the three months before the claim or (ii) $100.

6. Indemnity

Makers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RefaceQuote, The Webb Ranch, and Christopher Webb from claims arising out of their pricing, estimates presented as guarantees, customer disputes, job performance, or misuse of lead data. Shoppers agree not to hold RefaceQuote liable for maker work or pricing disputes.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, abuse of email verification, fake leads, unauthorized access, or use that harms other users or the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material billing changes for makers will be reflected in the product or Stripe portal.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts serving Tom Green County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
