Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. Operated by RefaceQuote / The Webb Ranch (Christopher Webb), San Angelo, Texas.
Estimates are not quotes.
Online estimates on RefaceQuote are rough ballpark figures only. They are not binding offers, warranties, or final prices. An in-person (or otherwise confirmed) price from a cabinet maker may differ — sometimes substantially. RefaceQuote, The Webb Ranch, Christopher Webb, and participating makers are not responsible for differences between an online estimate and any later quoted or invoiced amount.
Who we are
RefaceQuote is a software service that lets homeowners get a ballpark cabinet-refacing estimate and routes them to an independent cabinet maker who has claimed their ZIP code. Makers use the same platform to publish their own pricing and receive verified leads.
Information we collect
- Shopper leads: name, email, phone, ZIP, project details (door/drawer counts, notes), and how you heard about the shop — so we can verify email, show an estimate, and notify the maker.
- Maker accounts: business name, contact details, address, phone, website, pricing settings, claimed ZIPs, and billing information processed by Stripe.
- Technical data: cookies or similar storage for login sessions, basic logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging, and payment events from Stripe webhooks.
How we use it
- Operate the estimator, email verification, and maker dashboards.
- Share verified shopper lead details with the maker who owns that ZIP.
- Bill makers for ZIP subscriptions via Stripe.
- Prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use shopper leads for unrelated marketing lists.
Who we share with
- The cabinet maker for your ZIP (after email verification) — name, contact info, and project details.
- Service providers that host email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and the website (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide their services.
- Legal requests when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (or similar) for maker login sessions and security. See our Cookies page. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the core estimator flow today; if that changes, we will update this policy.
Data retention
Lead and account records are kept while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, billing disputes, and legal compliance. You can ask us to delete or correct data using the contact below (subject to legitimate retention needs).
Children
RefaceQuote is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
